ZJ Dymond, Zip Jock, producer, mr full chaarge - ZJ Dymond is an employee of one of Jamaica's top radio station Zip 103 FM.

Zj Dymond radio schedule on Zip 103 FM is as follows: Sundays 6pm-10pm, Wednesdays 10pm-2am and Fridays 10pm-2am.

Kerishma Davis AKA ZJ Dymond hails from the beautiful Parish of St. Catherine, started his musical journey from a tender age who was influenced by his uncle Copeland English who gave him intensive training while working for his sound system Technotran in the early 90's.

While playing at a pool party in Negril he was discovered by the then General Manager of Margaritaville and that was where his career took a turn in the direction he was hoping for. Started as House Dj for Margaritaville Montego Bay in the early millennium. "This was the beginning of greater things to come".

During his time at Margaritaville, he got the opportunity to showcase his talent by gaining employment at Links FM as a Radio disc Jock and then he moved on to Vibes FM as Radio disc jock and Announcer.

In early 2007, he was sent to Margaritaville in Grand Cayman Island where he was a Disc jock and MC for one year. Also played at parties and clubs in New Jersey and New York.

In the year 2008, he was influenced by his team at Margaritaville, friends and fans to enter the Heineken Green Synergy Competition. He made it to the Semi Finals and was placed third of that year's competition.

He is now currently a member of the Zip 103 FM's team of disc jocks since 2010 now known as Zj Dymond (Mr. full charge) which derives from his own designed program "Full Charge Wednesdays" every Wednesday at 10pm on Zip 103 FM, also works on Irie FM occasionally, achieving one of his many dreams being a radio disc jock and announcer. With his love for music and its contribution, Zj Dymond decided to take his musical skills to another level by delving into production.

He started his own record label known as "Full Charge Records" producing both dancehall and reggae music such as Promiscuous Rhythm, Infatuation Rhythm etc. Have worked with some of the top artists such as, I-Octane, Vybz Kartel, RDX, Chris Martin, Demarco to name a few and also young talents in the business. Zj Dymond have been getting heavy rotation and recognition in the parties for example Rum Bar Bubbles, Magnum Wet Wet and clubs in Jamaica and overseas and hope to continue on his musical journey making a positive mark in the music industry.
