Wayne Wonder back in JA ... Promoting new mixtape 'It's Legendary'
Grammy-nominated reggae superstar Wayne Wonder is back in Jamaica, this time to promote the release of a brand-new mixtape titled 'It's Legendary'.
The 36-minute rub-a-dub style mix features a host of new and previously recorded singles from Wonder and his alter ego Surpriz, which is a hardcore deejay, and Glock 40, who selects music on Singso International Sound System.
The mixtape, which was fully engineered and mixed by the multifaceted singer, songwriter and producer, is the first of its kind and features a host of samples from legendary moments in dancehall history.
Wonder, who late last year captivated the mainstream circuit with his PayDay Music-produced single Reset It which was featured on MTVIGGY.COM, has been busy working on a host of new material which includes the hardcore six-minute track Always Carrying as well as the lover's rock single Let Me Love You Tonight, produced by NaturesWay Entertainment.
"Right now, I'm in the island to turn up the promotion on a number of projects, including the singles Let Me Love You Tonight and Many Reasons which have been getting good radio airplay across the board. We will be shooting the video for both singles in a few days, and we also will be releasing the highly anticipated video for Searching For Love, which is a single I did with A.N.G recording artiste Iyara. So the fans can look out for that."
