Ward 21’s Bada Bada Gang Member “DeeWunn” Releases Parris Goebel Teaser For New Single
Since the end of 2014 Jamaican recording artist “DeeWunn” has been in the works with international choreographer and dance teacher Parris Goebel. Parris discovered DeeWunn after she came across “Mek It Bunx Up”, she went on to use his track for one of her lessons at HDI Summer Camp last year and posted the video in September. Intrigued by his first song, Parris searched for DeeWunn on YouTube and encountered his latest project, “Banggaz” - The Playlist Mix, where she found his song “Lazer Tag”, a freestyle done for international EDM label “Major Lazer”. She quickly posted a few video clips on Instagram doing a freestyle dance to the song, sharing it among her fans.
It was at this time DeeWunn and she connected, opening a door in a different market for the Jamaican Artist, she has continued supporting his movement posting videos of her choreographed dances to his music. Parris also had him featured recently on Urban Dance Camp’s YouTube Channel, the video garnering almost 250,000 views in the last month. Parris and DeeWunn have since been working on and planning various future projects.
As a dedication to the support that Parris has given DeeWunn and the rest of the Team, he featured a “Parris Goebel Teaser” as his pre-release for upcoming single “Benn Up”. The new single is produced and composed by Montreal, Canada’s own Mohtorious and will be released for April.
With the world at her finger tip, Parris Goebel has undeniably taken the dance world by storm. From numerous back to back victories at the world Hip Hop Championships, featured on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew (with ReQuest Dance Crew), choreographing for artists like JLo and Nicki Minaj among being one of the main choreographers for Cirque De Soleil : Michael Jackson One. The 21 year old dancer also recently starred in the new Step Up 5: ALL IN.
