Tiana features on remix with Nicki Minaj and Mavado
by DHRW
(Jamaica)
The reigning 'Dancehall Duchess,' Tiana has been on a roll in recent weeks as she continues her tour of Europe; scoring a major collaboration of sorts in the process.
Tiana has been featured on a soon-to-be-released remix alongside Trinidadian-American rap sensation, Nicki Minaj and Dancehall stalwart, Mavado. The remix, done by ‘The Remix King,’ DJ Dain features a mash-up of Tiana’s Freaky Man, a remix of Vybz Kartel’s Freaky Girl: Part 3 and Freaks, by Nicki Minaj and French Montana, with a sprinkling vocals by the ‘Gully Gaad’ across the song. The 'Dancehall Duchess,' Tiana has been enjoying her performances across Europe, including this performance at Club Waagenbau in Hamburg.
This remix is sure to be a smash for Dancehall and hip-hop fans as it encompasses various elements of urban music in one song.
It is another achievement for Tiana, who has been enjoying her first tour of Europe since April 13th. The Tiana: Live in Action tour has seen the Duchess perform at shows in Austria and across various German cities, including Dortmund, Bochum and Detmold. She also performed at Club Eclipse and Club Storm in The Netherlands and became the first Jamaican act to perform at Club Reverse in the Italian capital of Rome. Most recently she gave a brilliant performance at Club Waagenbau in Hamburg.
The tour has now been extended until May 22nd, as Tiana will return to Germany to perform shows in Hamburg and Munich while her Austrian fans have demanded that she return for an encore performance in their country.
