Teflon to Embark on 3-City Tour of the United Kingdom
PRISM MARKETING CONSULTANTS | MAY 2, 2014 || Now on the rebound from the tragic murder of his close friend and Road Manager Ricardo Lowe a few weeks ago in Downtown Kingston, Reggae artiste Teflon is slowly picking up the pieces as he tries to grapple with the reality of what transpired on that ghastly night of April 4th when Lowe was killed. Expressing his condolences the singer hopes the authorities will be thorough in their investigation and bring some closure to his family at soonest.
After being forced to cancel several shows amidst the period of mourning, come early May; Teflon will embark on his first international assignment since the tragedy. Dubbed ‘Positive Vibrations 2014’ the two week tour will feature the crooner taking his ‘fire brand’ to the United Kingdom (U.K) alongside fellow Rastafarian ambassadors’ I-Wayne and Luciano among others. Commencing May 10th to the 19th the showcase will make stops in several major cities across Britain including Birmingham, Manchester and the capital London.
Commenting on the upcoming tour Teflon’s management company Yard A Love says, “Europe and the United Kingdom are two of Teflon’s biggest markets and his last tour was phenomenal, now that he is returning we have to up the ante and put our best forward, so all his British fans can come out expecting an amazing performance at each leg along the tour.”
While adding that as part of building the brand, “Teflon as an artiste has grown exponentially both in character and stage craft.”
Currently, promoting videos for ‘I’m Sure’ and the collaborative effort ‘Same Struggle’ featuring the fireman Capleton the St. Mary native and his team are working assiduously on a new album titled ‘Next Dimension’ to be distributed by U.S based company New Millionaire Entertainment (NME). The deal with NME will see them becoming the exclusive agent handling both digital and physical distribution for Teflon along with his marketing throughout the world for downloadable, mobile and video contents. The dissemination will be done in conjunction with Universal Records.
