Tasha T is Spreading some Love with the Release of her New Track
Since the release of her anathematic single, Spread some Love in late July, Canadian reggae artiste Tasha T has been given praise aplenty for her extension of love and peace.
Produced on her RasVibe Records Incorporated label, the song has been creating waves locally and internationally.
Many top radio stations have given her the nod of approval for this inspiring masterpiece in Canada, UK, Africa, and in the America. So far Spread Some Love has been chosen by Chaawaawaa Radio in UK, as the song of the month while Tasha T has been selected as international artiste of the month.
She says, “Everyone is loving this new track from Tasha T. Spread Some Love is a must have in your collection, and the minute it starts to play you have no choice but to rock to the up tempo roots rock reggae beat. I have to give credit to musicians like Sly Dunbar, Delroy “Worm Bas” Nevin, Brenton “Tremma Keys” Maessdao, Steve Golding, Isaxs and Fatta Marshall for the final mixing touch.”
In the song Tasha T explicitly speaks about the gun violence among our people and that we need to employ love instead for the sake of our children.
"I wrote this song to promote peace and love to the people of the world, to educate the listeners about what is occurring now, and how violence affects all of our citizens. Love is the answer and love is the only way for the world to live in peace and harmony,” expressed Tasha T
The song is available for purchase on ITunes, Amazon, Spotify and all major digital outlets.
Tasha T is on a mission to spread the love and will be trekking across Africa for her “Spread Some Love Tour” from October 27th to November 30th.
The reggae artiste recently celebrated a win for the Top Reggae Artiste category in the CME awards and has been nominated again, this time by the Peabo Awards for “Female Singer for the Year” and “Entertainer for the Year”, which takes place later this month.
