As a benefit for Amensity International, SOJA has released a Remixes EP for Everything Changes, exclusively on iTunes via ATO Records.
The EP includes 4 songs with a slew of guest appearances. Read what
the group had to say about the Everything Changes EP, and stream the
songs in real time!
The group made a public announcement, saying “We are excited
to release the ‘Everything Changes’ EP today exclusively at iTunes. This
EP is a benefit for Amnesty International in support of their efforts
for pushing governments to develop stricter regulations on the
international trade of weapons. Given recent current events, this is an
initiative that really means a lot to us.”
The project features
two singles fromStrength To Survive, ”Everything Changes,” and “Nothing
Ever Changes” remixed with reggae stars from Argentina, Brazil, France
and Germany, adding vocals in their various languages.
The group
continued on to say “We thought it was appropriate to connect this
benefit with these special versions of “Everything Changes” as each song
on the EP features a different friend from across the globe: Marcelo
Falcão of O Rappa (Brazil), Gentleman(Germany), Dread Mar I – Oficial
(Argentina) and Balik ofdanakil (France). It is really great to see our
message connecting in all corners of the world.”
Proceeds from
the sale of the Everything Changes EP will benefit Amnesty
International. This EP follows SOJA’s last release, the Mentality EP,
consisting of several other Strength To Survive remixes.
