Rollie Fresh signals he is ready for a solid 2014


Working assiduously in studio at manifesting himself into a distinctive brand, fast-rising recording artiste and producer, Rollie Fresh is slated to release his mix tape soon.


Hailing from the parish of St. Catherine, Rollie Fresh, whose real name is Dwayne Newby, has been enjoying the success of latest singles titled: A Nuh Every Gal and Jamaica I Love You, which have been garnering rotation on the airwaves.

The versatile artiste has garnered respect from insiders within the music industry, and has continued to make strides on the music scene with his songs and his very own production powerhouse and record label – Above The Average Records.

However, Rollie Fresh strives to bring his unique edge to the music scene, in the form of edutainment for his fans. Once his persons listen to his songs it not only entertains, but educates as well, this is proven with his latest track titled: A Nuh Every Gal which speaks to the women that go around and con men.

With a plethora of songs which are ready to grace the airwaves, the fast rising deejay has proven that he is a force to be reckoned with. Rollie Fresh is poised to capture the mainstream market, with his versatility and sound which fuses both Reggae and Dancehall, with an international edge.

The video for A Nuh Every Gal premiered on both CVM Hitlist and HYPE TV, and also enjoyed rotation on other local and cable stations.

However, since exploding on to the music scene in 2005, Rollie Fresh has launched his new label, Above The Average Records, where the multi-talented artiste has produced tracks such as: “Life No Game, A Reason, Neva Know and Wine and Tic Toc, which have been a staple on many prominent playlists of disc jockeys locally and overseas.

Meanwhile, Rollie Fresh wants to assure his fans that, although he had many disappointments, while paving his way throughout the industry, he has grown as a strong and independent artiste and producer.
