Review: King Kosa ft Konshens & Shenseea Best Nana - Several artists have made songs about what they believe to be the "Best Nana". The song is literally about the actual title of the track, females with the best nana.
Now, unless you've been living under a rock for the last few centuries, you must know the meaning of nana. If not, then listen to the lyrics of the song and let your imagination run wild. It is blatantly clear what it means.
“Best Nana”
was produced by Rvssian as a single on Head Concussion Records. King
Kosa is a Hip Hop artist who some would refer to as a Sing-jay due to
his more reserved style. King Kosa is not an hardcore rapper. He's the
newest member of the Rvssian-led Head Concussion label and is actually
from Belize City, in the central American country of Belize.
Konshens and Shenseea are notable Jamaican Dancehall and reggae artists who have become household names.
King
Kosa mainly sings the hook, then the first verse, with Konshens living
up to his gyallis manner as he delivers hard-hitting lyrics in the
second verse, about the best nana he has ever encountered. Shenseea sings background and jumps in as the sole female on the track in the third and final verse professing to the world that her nana is the best. She also stated what her Nana could do to a man and how a man would never leave after getting her Nana.
The video is mainly in slow motion and portrayed nothing about the best nana,
except for the few video vixens in it, who, contrary to the nature of
the song, were all moderately dressed, except for maybe one. The video
was shot on what appears to be a ranch of some sort, with horses and
stables. However, despite the directors poor ideas, the video is clean,
crisp and refreshing if you have gotten tired of the usual scantily-clad
females gyrating in almost all music videos nowadays.
Not
sure if they have edited the video, but from YouTube there doesn't seem
to be a clean version. There are curse words in it so be careful where
it is shown. It was directed by Frame X God and posted on Tuesday, April
11th, 2017. So far, it has received almost 75,000 views in just one
day.
Overall, the song was good and have the potential to make it to mainstream.
