Razor B releases Baby Mamma Drama Mini Movie
Jamaican Canadian Dancehall artiste Razor B has released the visuals for his newest single 'Baby Mama Drama' that was officially released on Father’s Day this year.
The visuals, done in a mini movie format, is directed by Cornelius Grant for Good Vybz Entertainment and can now be viewed on the artiste's Vevo Channel through YouTube. The concept was something the artiste himself wanted to depict quite different from the expected.
"I wanted to tell a story because this is real life to a lot of people. I wanted to show how some baby mothers actually use their children as tools against their fathers, it's sad but very true." Razor shared
The five minute long mini-movie shows a main storyline of a mother of two who is in a battle with both of her children’s fathers. The story however, although common, is by no means intended to generalize all situations.
"I've said it before and I'll say it again, there are great baby mothers out there and there are some wutlis baby fathers as well. But when fathers are making an effort the mothers shouldn't stand in the way," Razor added
Already the single, produced by Slym Black Ops Music, Echo 1 Production and Shotty Shane Productions, has been sparking conversations and getting some great rotation since its release last month.
Razor B is currently working on a few additional projects to be released later this year including an EP set for release in 2021.
