Nyah Bless Music Releases New Single - "Feelings" - Imar Shephard Featuring Nastassaja


Kingston, Jamaica, February 17, 2015 - Less than a month after the release of "Do It", the lead single from Imar Shephard's upcoming 2015 debut album, Nyah Bless Music is at it again with yet another release single that is creating waves within the industry.


This time, reggae's newest rising star Imar Shephard delivers a classic lover's rock anthem song featuring Nastassaja, a resident of St Kitts, who adds the necessary touches to create what is definitely a song that will stand the test of time. "Feelings", released on February 10th just in time for Valentine's Day 2015, is now available on all major digital platforms.

In a release to the media, Imar spoke of the experience of working with Nastassaja. "I have always been a strong believer that we should mentor young artistes and help them to become acclimated to the music industry. That's just the right thing to do as an artist."

"Feelings" is produced by Karl Morrison and Hopeton Brown of the Star Player Music Group and Nyah Bless Music respectively. The song is about a love relationship between two people who despite the long distance are able to keep their relationship going. It features the debut of Nastassaja, and against Imar's dulcet tones her clear phrasing and emotional depth show off her ability in achieving range and pitch.


"I am thankful Nyah Bless Music gave
me the opportunity to collaborate on Feelings", states Nastassaja. "I always knew I had it in me. To tell you the truth, everyone has always told me I was born to sing".

Nastassaja's collaboration on Feelings was recorded at Chabo Productions recording studios in St. Kitts. She readily admits that it will take hard work and time for her to become comfortable in her new role. It is clear that her collaboration is a strong indication that she is definitely a voice to look out for not only in reggae but across the music industry as a whole.

To date, there has been an amazing response from mainstream radio (DAB) and internet radio disc jockeys from across the globe. It looks like Nyah Bless Music have selected the perfect duo for the perfect love song . Plans are currently underway for the video shoot scheduled for the end of February in Jamaica.
