Need the name of this Reggae Song

Went to Jamaica back in 1990 and heard the song over and over. I can remember the chain-sounded like a saxophone base or could have been a trumpet. Male singer

Some of the lyrics-I just can't get you out of my head, the feeling stronger I can't wait much longer

Then the
Said something something something-then something like just one look at you

I can remember little lyrics but the sun stays in my head and I would love to find out which some disses if anyone can help please
