Name that reggae song - please.

I have heard a song which was on a reggae compilation on youtube. there was nothing about the title of the song or the artist.

The lyrics had a section which went 'through a sufferers eyes' or 'in a sufferers eyes'.
I have searched everywhere and had almost given up on it when I came across this site.
Can anyone help please?
