Thank you for contacting us regarding who sings the song in the above link.

We are not actually sure, but the English version was done by Mr. Vegas titled "Hand In The Air".

The track was original produced and released in 1997 by 2 Hard Records label on the Playground Riddim.

Its was also featured on Mr Vegas' "Heads High" album released in 1998.
