Michael Banx, born Mark Clarke, was born in Tower Hill, Kingston 11, Jamaica.
Influenced by his father, Dave Clarke, a musician and landmark promoter in the 1990s, and influenced by the likes of The Wailers, Papa San, Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man and more, Michael Banx is ready to embark on the new year debuting his talents as writer, musician, artist and producer!
"My musical journey started off with my father, Dave Clarke, who is a musician also. All my toys from my dad were musical instruments. As a kid growing up I attended lots of studio sessions with my father (hours of late night studio sessions)." Michael Banx.
Michael Banx was
formally trained at a university in the United States as a musician on
piano lending itself to learning guitar, bass and overall production.
The first single, "FEEL SO GOOD" off his upcoming debut album "mV2/2" is already making waves and debuted on by disc jock DC on JAM ROCK ONE MEDIA with a resounding response!
Michael Banx debut album mV2/2 on the Bankz2Banx label is scheduled to be released in 2017!
