M Gee, Gully Bop say 'Life Too Sweet'
US-based singjay M Gee is currently riding a wave of success with his single called Life Too Sweet.
The song that was done in tandem with new dancehall sensation Gully Bop is receiving heavy rotation on several popular local radio stations including IRIE FM, HITZ 92 FM, HOT 102 FM and Sun City FM.
"This song is doing very well. It is getting a lot of airplay in Jamaica and the US. It's also doing well in the clubs, especially in the New York Tri-state area," M Gee said.
Life Too Sweet was produced and released by GS Music Entertainment earlier this year.
The video for Life Too Sweet is also doing well, as it recently peaked at number three on the HYPE VTX Top 10 Countdown. The video is also enjoying some buzz online, having received over 100,000 hits on YouTube.
M Gee and Gully Bop are currently doing a number of shows in the US in support of the single. They recently performed at the prestigious Six Flags Adventure Park in New Jersey.
"I am very happy about the success of the song and the video. Life Too Sweet is getting a lot of support especially in the US. Right now, it is one of the most popular songs on the US dancehall scene. Everywhere Gully Bop and I perform it, we get a great response."
M Gee is also scheduled to go on a one-month tour of Canada in October.
"I will be touring Canada in October, Life Too Sweet is doing very well over there. Gully Bop is scheduled to join me on a couple shows during the tour,"he said.
