When it comes to integrating different genres and sound effortlessly, think no further than dancehall and R&B crooner K'Coneil.
The Billboard chart-topping singer has been perfecting his craft over the years, swooning ladies with hit singles like “Feel So Right,” “Loving You Right” and “Gyal a You” from his 2016 EP.
K’Coneil admittedly doesn’t like the idea of conforming to industry norms. He refers to his style as genre-fluid, which explains his fusion of rhythms and genres from dancehall to pop and R&B.
Fast forward to 2019, K’Coneil released a few singles throughout the summer, namely “Bodi,” “Drip” and “Red” featuring Rickey Teetz. Outside of his usual melodious songs, he dropped a solid dancehall song called “Finesse & style” produced by TrackStarr Music.
The single has been gaining traction among genuine dancehall fans, both in Jamaica as well as in the Tri-State and Miami. While fans patiently wait for the official music video to "Finesse & Style", K'Coneil an entertaining motion graphic lyric video to the song on his YouTube Channel.
In “Finesse & Style”, K’Coneil, who now dubs himself the ‘young dadda’, uses catchy wordplay to interpret the true essence of his dancehall lifestyle. Check out K'Coneil Finesse & Style motion video here.
