Johnoy Williams Makes His Mark

Known for his energy and unparalleled work ethic, international Jamaican actor, Johnoy Williams is still basking in success following the release of Busy Signal’s “Stay So” and Shane O’s “Partner Draw”.
“I am grateful for the exposure I have been receiving and it’s an overwhelming feeling to be known for my craft worldwide. Busy Signal’s Stay So video has amassed over 13 Million views and the response has been positive on every platform.”
Johnoy gives credit to his director, Dameon Gayle for giving him the opportunity to be in the video and further explains what it was like working with Busy Signal and co-actor, Scandal Bag.
“Working with Busy Signal was a natural vibe, we have always had a family type relationship so coming together to do the video was easy. Scandal Bag and I have worked together on numerous productions and the fans enjoy seeing us together so the chemistry is always there to get the work done.”
The actor who known for lead roles in other hit music videos such as: Beenie Man’s “Million Gyal”, Jahmiel’s “True Colours” and Stephen Marley’s “Rockstone” as well as landing a role in Nick Cannon’s King Of The Dancehall film.
Shane O’s “Partner Draw” is still climbing in views with close to one million views on Vevo while Stephen Marley’s Rockstone has over 125Million views, serving as his biggest debut to date.
“There are many more music videos in the pipeline which includes collaborations with Scandal Bag, the public enjoys seeing us work as a team and we aim to always put our best foot forward.”
