INTERNATIONAL RECORD STORE DAY SATURDAY APRIL 18, 2015
On Saturday April 18 2015, the music world will celebrate International Record Store Day and The Bob Marley Group of Companies will join in the celebrations at Tuff Gong International and Bob Marley Museum.
Tuff Gong International will stage its annual International Record Store Day sale on all records distributed by the international label. Known all over the world for its reggae music catalog, Bob Marley’s Tuff Gong International has been the largest entertainment distributor in the Caribbean for more than two decades. On Saturday April 18, 2015, from 1pm to 5pm at 220 Marcus Garvey Drive Kingston 11, Tuff Gong International will offer a special one-day sale, on CD’s, 45’s and LP’s from Bob Marley, Bob Marley and Wailers,The Melody Makers and several artistes whose music is distributed by Tuff Gong International. Patrons will enjoy a special 50-70% sale off the regular price of these records. The day will also feature vinyl listening and a Collectors Auction at 4pm. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Bob Marley Foundation.
The Bob Marley Museum at 56 Hope Road Kingston 6, will also offer 50-70% off records to visitors who tour the Museum on Saturday, April 18. Visitors will be able to purchase these records while on their tour of the world-renown Museum.
