by DRW
(Jamaica)
Sad Days Again
(Worldwide - November 21st) - Making it's digital debut today is I Octane's "Sad Days Again". While the title evokes an emotional stir, the song plays out as a lyrical tribute to fallen friends encased in mellow musical vibes.
Produced by the stellar team at Payday Music, "Sad Days Again" is now available for purchase on iTunes and digital outlets worldwide. Acknowledging the popularity of I Octane with the pre-release success of the single, iTunes Reggae US, has garnered homepage placement under the Singles & Riddims section.
"iTunes spotlight is a great feat for any song," says producer Austin "Payday" Green, "We never set out to do 'just a project', Octane hear the track, vibe it, and it just spoke to him. It's a lot of party songs out now, but this type of song, real music, real emotions, I think shows his best side." Concurring with Payday's statement, I Octane remarks, "This song really addresses some of the painful issues that people have to deal with daily. Losing someone close to you is a harsh reality and it is one of the more difficult parts of life. I wanted to do a song that honored those feelings"
It may speak of "Sad Days Again", but the song is delivered in a supporting manner, appealing to avid I Octane fans, while grasping the ears of those who may need a comforting word.
I Octane's "Sad Days Again" a Payday Music production is now available for download at all major digital outlets. For all the latest releases and news, follow I Octane on twitter @RealiOctane and Payday Music @PaydayMusic.
