Disc Jock, Jovanne "Dj Stewie" Anderson expands his music portfolio as he embarks on the new challenge of becoming a music producer by teaming up with Lyrical War Records to present to the public the "Fallin Leaves Riddim" this project features E'Sat Blaze Kayla Kris Geminiss Da'Nandi & NC Dread for part one of the two part project. Both labels are remaining silent on the line up for the follow up segment but promises a bang!
Dj stewie's musical influences includes the likes of Stephen "Di Genius" Mcgregor. He was quoted saying; "I look up to "Di Genius" he's my musical idol, just the way he does his work makes him different from the pack and never copies other producers and the fact that he also sings".
He also speaks very highly of the great "Bob Andy" who just happens to be his uncle, the reggae icon has work as both singer & writer alongside the likes of "Marcia Griffiths" and "Bob Marley" jus to name a few of the greats.
Lyrical War Records whom by the way are no strangers to the Jamaican music scene, have been instrumental in "DjStewie's" long awaited transition into production, the Austrian label continues to play a major part in getting the "Fallin Leaves" project launched off the ground, "They reached out to me, with an extraordinary riddim and made a partnership that would make me responsible for the compilation of an artiste Roster from Jamaica to work part1 of this project, the chemistry was instant and the rest became history, now Stewie Records & Lyrical War Records are ready to present the first segment of the "Fallin Leaves" project, it has already expanded their fan base and is surely one of high expectation and anticipation from both of labels and the wider public.
