DV Gets Controversial With “She Gone”
Up and rising Dancehall artiste DV is hoping his new single “She Gone” will land him a permanent spot in Dancehall.
The single was self-produced on his Alphacreed Production record label and was released on January 1, 2017.
In coming weeks “She Gone” is set to hit digital stores through 21st Hapilos.
“The track is very controversial but it speaks of something that is taking place in society. More and more women are losing interest in the opposite sex and are engaging in relationships with the same sex. The song is designed to entertain listeners but educate them on the situation as well. She gone will defiantly make the headlines” Shared DV.
Confident that his single is a potential hit, DV shot the video and is looking to release it in coming weeks.
“The video gives a detailed account of what the single is about. The scenes are not graphic but it sends the message perfectly. All my fans are on the edges of their seats waiting for it to premiere and in coming weeks I will defiantly deliver. The crowd is going to love this one” He said.
While promoting his single, DV is also working on two new releases; “My Mother” and “Dash Out” which will also be self produced.
“I plan on working with other producers but at the moment, mastering my craft is my main objective. I want to make my mark within the industry as a musician over all and not just a recording artiste. I compose my own rhythms, songs and produce them myself, all in a bid to bring forth the best quality work there is” He shared.
Persons looking to keep up with DV can do so by following him on Instagram @dvmusiclive.
