DANCEHALL DUO RDX poised to Dominate in 2016!
Reggae Dancehall Extraordinaires RDX are still reveling from a successful 2015 and have already hit the ground running with new releases and projects for 2016. One major success for the duo in 2015 is the ‘Lose Yourself’ video for the immensely successful collaboration with Major Lazer amassing an impressive 25 million views on YouTube and counting.
Already for 2016, RDX has released a brand new video for their world dance single ‘Foot a Talk’, a single recorded more than a year ago. The Video itself is an epic demonstration of dancehall unity.
“A few years ago we put out a post saying we are going to do something that has never been done before in a Dancehall video. We asked dancers from every where to send videos to us of them Dancing to one song "making the feet do the talking".” Renigade of RDX explained.
Dancers worldwide submitted a plethora of videos from as far as Russia, France, Italy and Japan. A year on the editing table, with Just Kool productions out of New York, and the final product is already considered by a few social media platforms as one of the most entertaining Dancehall videos you will watch this year.
To kick start their 2016 production projects out of their Apartment 19 Music Label, RDX has also released the first track from their new sexy female dancehall artiste, Lipstyck.

Their own dynamic EP, ‘2Floors Up’, is slated for an April 2016 release with the first single ‘SideChick’ set to drop in a matter of weeks. The video for the single was shot in New York City and will be released in tandem with the single itself.
RDX has quite a few surprises in store for their fans in 2016 including the release of an RDX produced Soca single. Their performances this year are expected to rival that of their first performance of 2016 in Guyana. This event amassed over 4000 persons for an RDX in concert solo performance on New Year’s Day.
The Duo will also continue the trend of creating high energy club bangers throughout Dancehall. New releases include; ‘Your Touch’ produced by Apt.19, Massa God by DJ Sunshine of Yellow Moon Records and Party Shella by College Boiz.
Their Apartment 19 Music produced Gyalla Park Riddim is now available for purchase on all digital platforms including ITunes, who gave the project a front page feature this month. Their ‘Foot A Talk’ Video can also be viewed on RDXVevo channel.
