Biography Artist name: DAMIAN DOLLAR Self-proclaimed writer / poet / lyrists Jamaican born, American made entrepreneur and musician managed to fuse the politically charged and hard core elements of the Reggae-Dancehall culture with Rap-hip-hop thus creating a style of his own. Being able to tell the struggles of Spanish Town Jamaica in a format with mass appeal would earn him a permanent spot in pop culture, yet still in a class of his own with songs like (hustle to the grave ) and (Ruff out a road) just to name a few. The artist as managed to propel his self from being an afterthought to most accepted and sort after in the entertainment industry, certainly a gifted individual with an endless catalogue of metaphors and rhythmic word play not to mention uncanny acting ability the artist always delivers a memorable performance. Loved by the ladies and admired by males of all ages, his mass appeal has pushed his carrier to those of astronomical heights selling sound bites by the billions has created the opportunity to be charitable in his community. Damian F Dunkelly is the third child of Hermin Smith female orderly / midwife and second child of Errol Dunkelly Fire Fighter. Damian Went to live in America in the late 1999 where he moved around different cities struggling to survive as an undocumented immigrant, after years of hope and desperation circumstances changed offering him the opportunity to work and establish his self as a person and as a musician in his community. Damian developed an impressive body of work which earned him fan’s throughout the southeast region of America and worldwide recognition on the internet as well, the release of several new tracks such as Spanish Town is the place this song written and performed by the artist gives a brief description of his origin, the track is produced by popular producer Troytonmusic and distributed by Hapilous Entertainment another impactful song is God Don’t Sleep ,also the crowd favorites produced by traffic jam records JUSS BUSS and we must not forget the smash hit and crowd pleasers track’s like Party Vybe and Go Getta Girl these songs instantaneously combusted over the air waves dominating charts on a global scale solidifying the artist as one of the most accomplished in his craft and also a Jamaican icon to the world.
