Chelsea Stewart Travels from Canada to Spain to Deliver Over You!
Performing and recording artist Chelsea Stewart travels from Canada to Spain to deliver her hit song “Over You” plus additional singles to fans at the 22nd annual Rototom Sunsplash Reggae Festival on August 16th, 2015!
Confirmed for the Showcase Stage, Chelsea’s voice will be heard by more than 100,000 fans who are eager to hear the young starlet deliver her chart toping single “Over You,” as well as her follow up single “Things You Do” which will make its stage debut in Spain. In addition, Chelsea plans to give fans a preview from her EP The Only One.
Now in its’ 22nd year, Rototom Sunsplash takes place in Benicassim, Spain and is considered one of the largest and most important festivals in Europe. In addition to hearing some of the best artists, Rototom Sunsplash is known for their conferences, debates, meetings, workshops, and movies, all of which are appealing to Chelsea who says “being at Rototom is like being in a place where all aspects of music and culture and creativity comes together. I’m looking forward to meeting people and exchanging ideas and introducing more people to my music.”
Long time fan and supporter of Chelsea’s music, WPFW’s Tony Carr, host of This is Reggae Music says “Chelsea’s music has universal appeal so I know she will do well in Spain. Chelsea is one of a few Canadian artists who have been selected to perform on the Rototom Sunsplash stage. She has become well known around the world for her cover songs from the greats Bob Marley, Nana McLean, Billy Holiday, Etta James and her original compositions. Not new to the international landscape, Chelsea has performed in Hong Kong, France and Jamaica to standing ovations.
