Brimstone's 'Farin nuh easy' rides high
Reggae artiste Brimstone is riding a wave of success with his single titled Farin Nuh Easy.
The song, which was produced by Andrew Watson for his WaveStorm Entertainment label, is currently enjoying much rotation on a number of top local radio stations, including IRIE FM, Mello FM, Hitz 92 FM and RJR 94 FM.
Brimstone said he is pleased with the response the song is getting.
"I'm very happy that my song is doing so well. I was recently in Florida promoting it for about four weeks, the response over there was very good, but the response at home is even greater. I have to big up all the disc jocks and selectors who are playing my song and all my fans for their support," said the artiste.
The witty DJ, who hails from the parish of St Elizabeth, has been very busy making several local promotional rounds lately.
"Over the last few weeks, I've been doing a lot of radio and TV interviews to promote Farin Nuh Easy. I've also been very busy promoting it in the streets as well. So far, I have given away over two thousand promotional CDs."
Brimstone added that he is currently in the process of shooting the music video for Farin Nuh Easy.
"We've shot several scenes of the video already. We are going to shoot a few more scenes this week and after that we should be ready to edit it. If everything go as planned, the video should be out by the middle of July," he said.
