After a masterful year in 2012 for dancehall’s General, Bounty Killer seems fervent on his word to “breakout” his ANG Camp this year and as such his first project of the year features himself and his young Gads and Gaddesses Iyara, Kalado and Kqueens.
A project produced by Zionnoiz Freeze Production called “Gal Boss Riddim”, is certain to create waves in the dancehall. Bounty Killer’s dexterity is evident with his delivery of the song titled “Wifey Wine”, which expounds on the superior and deft skills possessed by the a girl’s “rotation” of her waistline, Iyara in his rendition boasts about getting “Any Gal” no matter their physical location across the world, while Kalado emphasizes that he “Feels The Need” to be inclined to a specific action as soon as he sets sight on the girl he desires and finally the ANG Sexy Warriors Kqueens have recorded a song titled “Wine And Turn You On” that just perfectly embodies the entire project, their song shows a versatile side to them that exemplifies their new moniker “Sexy Warriors”.
For Bounty Killer and the ANG camp there is no stopping this year as the dancehall legend remains resolute that his Next Generation of Alliance artistes needs to get their breakthrough in no uncertain term, and speaking with the producer of this project, he feels that the songs recorded are definitely hit songs and has definitely shown the growth of Bounty Killer’s ANG artistes, he goes on to say “It’s a ground breaking experience working with Bounty Killer, a dancehall veteran who is immensely talented and a high energy to the dancehall fraternity, working with Bounty Killer and the ANG camp is exciting and no doubt an unmatched energy and musical relationship.
Each artist has a different energy and brings a creative vine to my tracks. It’s so easy and fun working with the team because of their excellent work ethics and most importantly we respect each other’s ideas when we are making music”.
