I can't recall this song, I got the tune in my head and can only remember a smattering of lyrics. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I believe it was early 80's. The singer was a woman with a rather deep voice and very heavily accented Jamaican. The music was more 80's style but with the reggae beat throughout and it had an instrumental only version of the song too.
"alrighta.... you just can't fight it... take what you want and you get what you need, da tings you need, dat's all (you need? freed? breed?)... shake, shake, with (for?) me" (echo's)
