2019 has turned out to be a stellar year for Dancehall and Reggae recording artiste Tommy Lee Sparta.
The first bit of good news was his lottery scamming related charges and court case thrown out and all charges dropped.
The court case hampers Tommy Lee Sparta aka "The Sparta Boss" monetary wise, as he was not able to fly and most stage shows he was booked for across the island of Jamaica was either shut down by law-enforcement officers or no permit was granted.
But as the Jamaican proverb goes "Wah Nuh Dead, Nuh Dash it Weh", Tommy Lee bounced back with a monster of a hit single "Blessings".
"Blessings" was released in January of 2019 and featured Montego based producer Damage Musiq on his Conquest Paradise Riddim. The riddim also featured upcoming dancehall artists Chronic Law, Shane O, Singer J, Shatta Wale, Tamo J and Gott Yo.
The single was an instant hit amongst dancehall music lovers and it slowly crept into most mainstream media worldwide. Within the first six months of its released Blessings has amassed over 16 Million views on popular music and video-sharing platform YouTube.
In June of 2019, while Tommy Lee Sparta was still basking in the success of Blessings, he achieved another major milestone in his career. He broke the news that over 500,000 people are now following in on Instagram.
With just under six months remaining in the year, what next will the Sparta Boss achieved?.
